Third Culture is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we will gladly issue a store credit for the item if the return is accepted. We only allow refunds if the product is completely defective upon arrival.

All return and refund requests must be submitted by email (jean-paul@thirdculture.jp) within 3 days after the item has been delivered.

If a return is accepted, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price, minus shipping costs. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used at thirdculture.jp.
