Do you offer refunds or exchange items?
Due to the high demand and us being a small business, all sales are final for our merchandise and there are no returns or exchanges. Please make sure you review your purchase very carefully before submitting a payment.
I just received my order but I was sent the wrong size or order, can you exchange it?
Yes, if you got the wrong size please contact us via the form on the 'Contact' page with your transaction ID or email used with the order and we will send you the correct order.
What countries internationally do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, however, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system.
How long do orders take to process?
Orders can take as long as 10 days to be processed although most typically ship out in 2-3 business days. You will get a shipping confirmation in your email the day your order has been packed and prepared for shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on which country they are sent to but typically take between 2-4 weeks worldwide. Certain items such as apparel are made in the USA so shipping times are faster within the USA for these items.
I ordered multiple items but they have been arriving separately at different times. Why is this?
Some of our products ship directly from different manufacturers to ensure the best quality and to help us with shipping as a small business. Please be patient and we thank you for your understanding.
Why do only some items have tracking?
Also because some of our products ship directly from different manufacturers, some items are not able to be tracked to certain countries. If you do not receive your items after 5 weeks, please contact us.
Will you pay my customs tax?
No, Third Culture does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc.
