From the Artist:

"When I started working on this thing I had the idea that I'd finally take a bunch of images I was happy with and do a show. I had no clear idea for a narrative or what made me decide it had to be shot in Japan; I just knew I felt far more creatively driven when abroad than back home in Melbourne.

One trip turned into two, then three, and as of last week - six. Getting home, reflecting and making sense of it all has been the biggest learning curve I've faces since picking up a camera. But so long as I see some progression in my work, I'll continue to take my time and be happy doing it."
